NASHIK
About Nashik

Nashik sits on the Godavari river and is best known for hosting Kumbh Mela every 12 years, a Hindu pilgrimage. As a result, the hot summers are generally avoided for traveling, while the cool winters make for a perfect getaway time. The monsoon season is also a beautiful time to be spent in this city, although this only poses a good option for rain lovers.
